Name: Greg and Mike
Gender: Male

Interests: Neanderthal Fitness: Lift heavy, run far, be able to move your body and its own weight. Eat only what you need to have energy and get strong. Preferable foods that come from the land (lean meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains). Stay away from sugars and anything processed. Train your body and its movements, not its muscles. Teach your body to work as a whole unit by using dead-lifts, squats, Olympic lifts, and your own body weight: pushups, pull-ups/chin-ups, dips and lunges. Climb ropes and walls, and run hills and trails. Rely on yourself to get you where you need to go. Rest, stretch and work hard. Never let others tell you what you can and cannot do. Stay faithful, work hard, eat right, rest and it will come. Don’t be afraid to try something new.

The new site is pretty much up and running. I have already started posting my logs over there. So pleas head over to ecbarbellcrew and check it out. The new site is more organized and I have already posted articles.  This will become a regular (not daily, but a few a week) thing.  Mike has been under the weather so he hasn't been able to hit the gym like he would like.  But he tells me he will be ready to go on Monday.

Thanks
-Greg

I switched gyms yesterday. Em and I signed up at the Y that is 10 min. from our house. It's nice because it's closer and a lot of friends work out there already. This morning I lifted with my buddy Luke. We are going to lift together on Tuesdays and Fridays. Working out with someone is better than alone.
